Crockpot French dip sandwich

This was just about the easiest recipe I have ever made. I gave my neighbor some and she said it was the best meal I've shared with them (and I share a lot with them!

Ingredients:
4 lb rump roast
1 can onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 can beer
French rolls
Butter

Put the beef in the crockpot. Pour the soup, broth and beer over the beef. (if there is any meat above the liquid, next time I'm going to cut the meat to make sure it is all submerged. The part of my meat that was above the liquid wasn't as tender).
Cook on low for a minimum of 7 hours.
When it's time to eat, open the rolls and put butter or olive oil on the inside. Bake at 350 with the insides up, for 10 min to get a little crispie.

Add meat to bread. Use the liquid from the crockpot for the au jus. Very flavorful!!!
